Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@insignialdn.com for the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund of the item price within 14 days. Please note that the cost of original delivery and return postage are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please note: Due to the personal and hygiene nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not dispose of any packaging or products as we will require photographic evidence. Please email info@insignialdn.com within 14 days of dispatch and we will resolve the issue promptly.

For all returns, we strongly recommend retaining your postage receipt until your refund has been processed. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
