HOW DO I ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS?

To purchase an authentic Insignia London product, we strongly recommend ordering directly from our website. Simply browse our collection online, add the chosen products to your cart, and checkout securely using the payment method of your choice.

DO YOU HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER?

Currently, we do not operate telephone support service. Our products are sold in more than 100 countries across the world and we receive inquiries in multiple languages. By offering email support, we are better able to service each and every customer, regardless of their location.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email from info@insignialdn.com as soon as your order has been completed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email with the tracking details. For more information on delivery visit our delivery page.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Insignia London products are preservative free and possess a natural shelf life of up to 18 months.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Most products are vegan. Products containing organic beeswax and/or honey are not.

WHY DO PRODUCTS SOMETIMES VARY IN COLOUR?

Our ingredients are organic thus certain factors such as natural crop variation, seasonality, and location of harvest may affect coloration. We do not, under no circumstances use synthetic dyes or additives to mask colour variations.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED ORGANIC?

Not every ingredient at Insignia London is certified organic, however, we do try our best to avoid synthetic ingredients, parabens, coal tar colours, synthetic preservatives, genetically modified organisms, or nanoparticles. 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

Yes, some of our oils such as Argan oil and Rosehip oil may have traces of nuts. We recommend consulting your doctor prior to the coming into any contact with those items.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Insignia London strongly detests animal testing. And we do not conduct any operations with any organisations that practice such acts.

WHAT IS THE BATCH NUMBER?

A batch number is used it to track each Insignia London product that goes into the market. It enables us to accurately measure customer feedback, but is commonly mistaken as an expiry date – please refer to the shelf date question for expiry dates.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN CHEMICALS?

Our products are natural and pure – free from chemicals, toxins, parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances or dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMOs, or triclosan.
