Orders are dispatched from our London warehouse Monday-Friday within 1-Working Day. Orders within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail. International order are dispatched via DHL, DPD or Parcel Force Worldwide.

If your order has not arrived, please contact info@insignialdn.com.

Insignia London is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. All recipients are responsible for any customs’ fees, taxes, or brokerage charges.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds:

Second thoughts should not cost anything. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product, please email our customer service team (info@insignialdn.com) to process a return. The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage.

We accept all returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Due to the personal nature of the products, we cannot replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or if the seals have been broken.

For all returns, we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received a refund for your returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not dispose of it as we will require evidence of the damage. If any damage is noticed, please email info@insignialdn.com.

Requesting a return request for a damaged item must be done within 14 days. Any return requests after this 14 day period will not be considered. Our customer service team will notify the recipient of the returns process and provide a free-post address to return the items to (UK orders only).

Cancellations:

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please email our customer service team (info@insignialdn.com). If your package has already been dispatched, you will need to return the unopened item(s) in order for us to process a refund.
